My name is Kate Allen.  This is my nineteenth year teaching and sixteenth year teaching at Florida High.  I am looking forward to the exciting year ahead! 

I am originally from Buffalo, New York and moved to Tallahassee in 2005.  I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Elementary Education.

I have been married for four years to a fellow Florida High teacher and coach, Clay Allen.  We have two amazing children, Kenzie and Cole.  We also have two fur babies, Rex and Luna.

In my free time, I love to shop at Target, craft with my sewing machine and Cricut vinyl cutter, and travel.
