Coach Clay Allen has been the head wrestling coach since the program's inception in 2010, he has been coaching for 16 years around Tallahassee with previous stops at Godby and Leon before coming over to Florida High.  Coach Allen grew up in Orlando and graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic High School in 2003 where he was a 2 year varsity letterwinner in both football and wrestling.  Coach Allen attended Florida State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in physical education.  His wife, Kate, is a third grade teacher at Florida high and they have two children, their daughter, Kenzie and son, Cole.

Coach Harley has been with the wrestling program since it's inception in 2010 and is also the Defensive Coordinator for the football team. He is from Tallahassee, Florida where he attended Amos P. Godby High School. Julius was a varsity letter winner in football, weight lifting and wrestling and was an All-Big Bend first team wrestler at 189 pounds in 1998. Coach Harley is the proud father of Jaydan.

Coach Hostetter is a native of the Tallahassee area and a 2016 graduate of Florida High.  He was a 5 time letter winner for the seminole wrestling team and a team captain his Junior and Senior season.  He was also a two time state qualifier and had 94 wins during his career.
