Students receive TWO (2) grades per class period. One is for the daily assignment, the other is for participation/behavior.

The scale for assignment grading is as followed:

A - 90-100%

• You followed ALL directions

• Assignment goes above what is asked

• Student was creative and made assignment their own

• Assignment organized and detailed

• Late/unfinished submissions not eligible for an “A”

B - 80-89%

• You followed all/most of the directions

• Missed 1, maybe 2 steps

• Detailed and organized assignment

C - 70-79% 

• Work is sloppy 

• Bare minimum

• Followed very few directions

D - 60-69%

• Work incomplete

• Followed few of the provided directions

• Poor presentation 

F - <60%

• NO directions followed
• Work has zero organization

Z- 0%

• No work turned in

***NOTE: ANY LATE ASSIGNMENT WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION OF A LETTER GRADE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGMENT WAS MADE!!!***
