How do I update my contact information in FOCUS?
a. Focus Website: On the left side of Focus click Child Info > Go to Addresses & Contacts tab > Update as needed
b. Focus App: Click More Info next to student's name > Student Info > tap the grey arrow on the left side of the screen > Go to Addresses & Contacts tab -
I am unable to login to FOCUS with my username and password.
a. Do not use Internet Explorer, use Chrome, Firefox or Safari
b. If you're using one of the suggested web browsers then try one of the others
c. If you have your passwords autofill then try manually typing your password in

Do I need to create a parent account if my child already has an account?
Yes, FSUS sends important information and electronic forms to Focus parent accounts only. Additionally, parent accounts can update contact information and upload forms (Parking & Off Campus Pass Forms, Athletic/Physical Forms). It's also a great tool to communicate with your child’s teacher(s) via Focus Messenger.

I forgot my username for my FOCUS account
Parent Usernames: Your Email Address
Student Usernames: StudentID -
I tried clicking the "Forgot Password?" link but nothing happens or I never received an email.
a. Make sure that the browser you are using is not Internet Explorer
b. Make sure that you are providing the correct username/email that is associated with your Focus account
c. You should recieve an email from noreply=focusmail.focus-sis.org.
d. Check your spam, junk, email rules/permissions, or search your inbox for a keyword (Password, Portal, Focus, etc.)
e. If these suggestions do not work, contact focus@fsus.school -

Where do I find the Community Service Forms?
a. School Website: Departments tab > Student Services > Community Service Information (Direct Link: Community Service Information)

How do I get a copy of my child’s report card?
a. Focus website: On the main Focus Portal page, Report cards are located in the Reports tab where your childs schedule & grades are shown. You have the option to download and print the report card
b. Focus App: Click More Info next to student's name > Click Reports above the schedule > the most current report card will be displayed where you can view or save it
c. If you are unable to find the report card, contact records@fsus.school and we will send a copy -
How do I get a copy of my child's report card from a previous year?
a. Focus Website only: At the top right corner of Focus the current school year is displayed, if you click on it then a dropdown of previous school years will appear. Select the school year that you're needing, go to the Reports tab that is located above your childs schedule, view or download the report card.

How do I get a copy of my Transcript?
On the Schools website, Click Departments > Student Services > Transcripts & Records Request (Direct Link: Transcripts & Records Request)
