Hello and welcome to our 2022-2023 school year!

My name is Mrs. Thurman and I currently teach 6th Grade Comprehensive Science I.  

I'm originally from New York, but have lived in Florida for nearly 20 years.   Most of that time was spent in the Tampa Bay area, but the last 5 have been here in Tallahassee.  

This will be my 19th year of teaching, and my 4th year at FSUS, after a brief absence.  I am excited to be back as there is nowhere else I'd rather teach!
