Yes! Snack is provided Monday-Thursday from 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm. Secondary students must arrive by 3:15 pm to receive a snack. On Fridays, students will be served ice cream or popsicles at 3:30 pm.

If your child did not attend school that day, you do not need to do anything. If they attended school (even if they were picked up early), please call the EDEP office, send us an email, or text us at 850-273-8861. Please note, this number can only accept texts. If you need to call please use 850-245-3843. 

Payments can be made anytime on or prior to the due date.  Online payment is the preferred payment method. A late fee will be assessed even if your child is absent on the due date if payment is not made.  We encourage you to make payments a couple days in advance to avoid a late fee as unforeseeable circumstances can occur.

Checks and money orders can be made out to Florida State University or FSU.

Yes, payment can be made at any time however if a payment is made after the due date then you will be assessed a $20/child late fee.

If you know you will be late to pick up your child, please give us a call at 850-245-3843 so we are able to notify staff and prepare your child. Often times students get concerned if they are not expecting to be picked up later than normal. There is a late pick up fee, for more information see payment policies and procedures.

To register your child for EDEP click on the registration link or go to www.ezchildtrack.com/fsusedep/parent and complete the form. Payments can be made online at the link below or in person with cash or check. Please refer to the FSUS EDEP Parent Packet for additional questions.

High school students (if they are not also enrolled in the program) may pick up siblings with parental permission. If an older sibling is picking up they must provide the student car tag or photo ID for sign out in addition to leave campus once they have their sibling.

Yes, please make sure they are on the authorized pick-up list (can be updated in the parent portal, www.ezchildtrack.com/fsusedep/parent) or has the car tag with them. They must also have picture ID.

Any cycle-to-cycle change should be submitted to EDEP in writing (EDEP@fsus.school) a minimum of 5 days prior to the change/start of new cycle. This includes changing from full-time to drop-in, drop-in to full-time, or unenrolling. The sooner we know the easier it is to make adjustments. Please keep in mind we do not prorate cycles. If your child is leaving or joining us mid-cycle you will be required to pay the full cycle. We will however, work with you to determine if it is more cost effective to pay for a few days of drop in instead of full time. 

Yes, any students on campus after 3:15 pm for Elementary and 3:30 pm for Secondary that are not in EDEP or participating in another program will be brought to EDEP and charged a drop in rate. 

Yes, we will be open from the time school is released until 6:00 pm.

No, EDEP is not available on any days the school is closed unless a separate camp is offered. 

Elementary students are not permitted to have cell phones in EDEP at any time. If you need to reach your child please call EDEP at 850-245-3843. Secondary students are permitted to have their phones and can be contacted however, please do not ask them to leave the group for any reason. If you are ready to pick them up, you must sign them out.
